中國汽車維修行業協會成立于2001年4月，是經民政部批準并注冊登記，由民政部管理并接受交通運輸部行業指導，在中國境內從事汽車維修、檢測及相關行業的企業、事業單位、團體及個人在平等、自愿的基礎上依法組成的，具有法人資格的全國性非營利社團組織。2014及2019年連續兩次被民政部評定為4A級全國性社會組織。近二十年來，協會本著雙向服務的宗旨，在宣傳貫徹國家有關行業政策和法律法規，引領行業健康發展，規范行業自律，反饋廣大會員訴求以及提升行業人才素質等方面發揮了巨大作用。協會在汽車維修行業乃至后市場具有強大的影響力和號召力，是連接政府與企業之間重要并不可替代的橋梁和紐帶。
協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)最高權力(li)機(ji)構是會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)代(dai)表大會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)，理事(shi)(shi)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)是會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)代(dai)表大會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)的(de)執行機(ji)構，秘書(shu)處(chu)為協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)常設辦事(shi)(shi)機(ji)構。秘書(shu)處(chu)下設綜合(he)事(shi)(shi)務(wu)部(bu)、會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)服(fu)務(wu)部(bu)、行業發(fa)展(zhan)部(bu)和對外(wai)宣傳(chuan)部(bu)等(deng)(deng)4個(ge)(ge)部(bu)門。分(fen)支機(ji)構是協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)的(de)重要組成部(bu)分(fen)，在協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)的(de)領(ling)導(dao)下開展(zhan)各項業務(wu)活動。協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)成立了(le)技術和標準化委(wei)(wei)(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)、教(jiao)育(yu)培訓工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)委(wei)(wei)(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)、機(ji)動車(che)檢(jian)驗檢(jian)測(ce)和污染(ran)防治工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)委(wei)(wei)(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)、事(shi)(shi)故汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)修理工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)委(wei)(wei)(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)、汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)養護裝飾美(mei)容工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)委(wei)(wei)(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)、汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)制造企業售后服(fu)務(wu)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)委(wei)(wei)(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)、汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)維(wei)修救援工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)委(wei)(wei)(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)、汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)維(wei)修配件(jian)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)委(wei)(wei)(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)、連鎖(suo)經(jing)營工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)委(wei)(wei)(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)、汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)信息工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)委(wei)(wei)(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)、潤滑(hua)油脂養護工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)委(wei)(wei)(wei)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)等(deng)(deng)11個(ge)(ge)分(fen)支機(ji)構，并主辦了(le)《汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)維(wei)護與修理》雜志，作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為自(zi)己的(de)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)刊(kan)。協(xie)(xie)(xie)(xie)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)包括(kuo)團(tuan)體和個(ge)(ge)人會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)，遍及全國(guo)各地，涵蓋(gai)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)維(wei)修、整車(che)生產、配件(jian)及裝備制造、科研(yan)院所、大專院校、金融保險及互聯(lian)網(wang)等(deng)(deng)相關領(ling)域。目前我(wo)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)會(hui)(hui)(hui)(hui)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)數已超(chao)過1000家。
協(xie)會(hui)(hui)的(de)(de)宗旨：高舉中(zhong)國特色(se)社(she)會(hui)(hui)主(zhu)義偉大(da)旗(qi)幟，遵(zun)守中(zhong)華人民共和(he)(he)(he)(he)國憲法、法律(lv)、法規和(he)(he)(he)(he)國家政策，遵(zun)守社(she)會(hui)(hui)道(dao)德風尚(shang)；以馬克(ke)思列寧主(zhu)義、毛澤東思想(xiang)、鄧(deng)小平理論、“三(san)個(ge)代表”重要思想(xiang)、科學發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)觀、習近平新(xin)時代中(zhong)國特色(se)社(she)會(hui)(hui)主(zhu)義思想(xiang)為(wei)指導(dao)，堅持為(wei)政府(fu)服務(wu)、行(xing)業服務(wu)、會(hui)(hui)員(yuan)服務(wu)、社(she)會(hui)(hui)服務(wu)的(de)(de)方針，以改(gai)革(ge)創新(xin)的(de)(de)精神和(he)(he)(he)(he)求(qiu)真(zhen)務(wu)實的(de)(de)作風；為(wei)政府(fu)和(he)(he)(he)(he)企(qi)事業單(dan)位服務(wu)，當(dang)好(hao)參謀和(he)(he)(he)(he)助手，發(fa)(fa)揮(hui)(hui)橋梁(liang)和(he)(he)(he)(he)紐帶的(de)(de)作用；加強協(xie)調和(he)(he)(he)(he)協(xie)作，反映會(hui)(hui)員(yuan)單(dan)位的(de)(de)愿望和(he)(he)(he)(he)要求(qiu)，保護會(hui)(hui)員(yuan)單(dan)位的(de)(de)正(zheng)當(dang)利(li)益和(he)(he)(he)(he)合法權益；做(zuo)好(hao)自(zi)律(lv)性(xing)行(xing)業管理工作，維(wei)護行(xing)業整體(ti)利(li)益，發(fa)(fa)揮(hui)(hui)行(xing)業總體(ti)優勢；深(shen)化企(qi)業改(gai)革(ge)、推動技術進步(bu)、促進汽(qi)車維(wei)修和(he)(he)(he)(he)檢測事業的(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)。
協會(hui)的(de)(de)業(ye)(ye)(ye)務(wu)范圍(wei)：參(can)與(yu)汽(qi)車(che)維(wei)修(xiu)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)發(fa)展(zhan)戰略研究，為政府主管部門制(zhi)定行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)規劃、產(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)政策和立(li)(li)法工作提(ti)供(gong)建(jian)(jian)(jian)議；收集、整理(li)、分析汽(qi)車(che)維(wei)修(xiu)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)信息資料，為政府主管部門決策提(ti)供(gong)依據，為會(hui)員提(ti)供(gong)服務(wu)；制(zhi)訂行(xing)(xing)規行(xing)(xing)約，規范行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)行(xing)(xing)為，建(jian)(jian)(jian)立(li)(li)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)自律機制(zhi)，協調行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)內部關系，維(wei)護(hu)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)平等競爭，提(ti)高行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)整體素(su)質，維(wei)護(hu)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)和會(hui)員的(de)(de)權益；組織學術(shu)和行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)標準研究，開展(zhan)咨詢服務(wu)及技(ji)術(shu)推廣等工作，參(can)與(yu)汽(qi)車(che)維(wei)修(xiu)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)技(ji)術(shu)、科研成(cheng)果鑒(jian)定；組織汽(qi)車(che)維(wei)修(xiu)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)各(ge)項(xiang)培訓工作和全國性技(ji)能(neng)比賽(sai)，提(ti)升行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)人才素(su)質；舉(ju)辦專業(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)展(zhan)覽會(hui)，搭(da)建(jian)(jian)(jian)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)(ye)新產(chan)品展(zhan)示(shi)和新技(ji)術(shu)交(jiao)流(liu)平臺；開展(zhan)經濟技(ji)術(shu)交(jiao)流(liu)與(yu)合作，加強與(yu)國外相關組織的(de)(de)交(jiao)流(liu)與(yu)合作。
協會自成立(li)以(yi)來，始終秉承為(wei)(wei)政府(fu)和會員(yuan)服(fu)務的(de)宗旨(zhi)，認(ren)真(zhen)發揮橋梁(liang)和紐帶(dai)作(zuo)用，積極地為(wei)(wei)政府(fu)管(guan)理部門和會員(yuan)企業(ye)服(fu)務，做了大量卓(zhuo)有成效的(de)工作(zuo)，得到了政府(fu)管(guan)理部門和廣大會員(yuan)企業(ye)的(de)好評。
CHINA AUTOMOTIVE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR TRADE ASSOCIATION
China Automotive Maintenance and Repair Trade Association , hereafter referred to as CAMRA, is approved by and registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People’s Republic of China and in the charge of Ministry of Transport of the People’s Republic of China. It is the only national automotive maintenance and repair trade association with legal personality legally established by enterprises, institutions, groups and individuals going in for automotive maintenance and repair, detecting test of automotive and related industries within the territory of China on the basis of the principles of equality and voluntary. This association is also a non-profit social group.
CAMRA was established in April, 2001. At present, the association is composed of 11 branches with more than 1000 group members.
CAMRA's main scope of work: to play a role of bridge and link between governments and members according to the central tasks of automotive maintenance and repair industry; to participate in strategic research on the development of automotive maintenance and repair industry, so as to provide advice to government departments to develop industry planning, industrial policy and legislation; to organize academic research and industry standards research, develop consulting services and technology promotion, etc.; to collect, arrange and analyze information materials about automotive maintenance and repair industry; to organize training work about automotive maintenance and repair, to develop economic and technological exchanges and cooperation and strengthen exchanges and cooperation with foreign-related organizations.
CAMRA is committed wholeheartedly to government departments, member units and extensive automotive users in the automotive maintenance and repair industry.
